The prices above are platform subscription fees—they pay for your access to Wicte (profile, messaging, search, checkout tools, etc.). They do not include the cost of wines or orders between you and other users. When you pay for an order on Wicte, that payment is a separate transaction between you and the seller. Wicte does not take possession of, store, or ship any goods; we provide the technology and, where used, payment processing only. The seller is responsible for fulfilment and delivery. Any shipping amounts shown on orders (e.g. €15 for orders under €100, free over €100) are indicative only. Actual shipping is arranged and paid between you and the seller. Wicte does not ship or deliver products. Final shipping terms and costs are the responsibility of the trading parties.
Subscription payments (Professional and Enterprise plans) are processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit cards, SEPA direct debit, and other methods offered by Stripe. Your card is charged by Wicte for platform access only.
Order payments, when you pay for wines through the platform, may also be processed via Stripe for convenience. In that case, the contract of sale remains between you and the seller; Wicte facilitates the payment but does not handle or ship the goods. Disputes about orders or delivery are between you and the other party. See Limitation of Liability.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
The Starter plan is free forever. For Professional and Enterprise, we offer a 14-day free trial so you can explore all features before committing.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), SEPA direct debit, and bank transfers through our secure payment partner Stripe.
Absolutely. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your billing period. No hidden fees.
